Modernised Frogger
A mechanics modernisation of the classic 1981 Konami Game.
Skills Used:
Overview:
This project was a final year University Module in which we were tasked to pick a classic arcade game and modernise some of the mechanics with comparisons to modern day games. I chose to take inspiration from games such as Crossy Road, and implement endless mode and other mechanics into Frogger using the SFML library and C++.
What I worked on:
- Setting up SFML... yes I'm counting that, it's kind of a bugger on that first setup.
- Everything else, except the sprites once again. Don't want Konami suing me.
Challenges:
Mostly trying to learn more C++ throughout the module. But, I have since learnt a lot more C++ generally and within SFML as I enjoyed this module and have continued working on personal projects behind the scenes.

No build for this one yet, will post to Itch soon... maybe... probably not... nobody wants to play Frogger these days.
